Haiti - Palais National salutes the voting of the new budget, a step in the right direction they say

The Presidency salutes the Haiti's parliamentarians for voting to pass the budget law 2017-2018, says Tamara Orion, speaking on behalf of President Jovenel Moise.

According to the spokeswoman, this is the first finance law to be voted within the legal deadlines since 2013 in Haiti.

This budget will allow the government to get some work done. Some heavy duty work is about to kickstart in the country by the government Tamara said.
