Arnel Belizaire says this is an attempt to stain his image, so he brought himself to the Parquet so that he can be arrested?

Say what?

Depute Belizaire was asked if he saw the Commissaire du Gourverment, Maitre Kerson Charles Darius, who wanted him arrested. Arnel Belizaire replies:

"I saw him... He is speaking to his superiors to that they can take him to parliament so that his immunity can be lifted and he can be returned to the Justice system..."

I am giving him the possibility, as "Chef de poursuite", to do what the law asks of him...

Hmmm...
