This new agreement will allow Haitian lawmakers to complete their terms past the second Monday of January 2015... Haitian Deputes will complete their 4 years as depute which will expire in 24 April 2015; the Senators will complete their full term which will expire on 09 Sept 2015...
Should there be elections before the end of these dates, their mandate will expire on the day the newly elected lawmakers take office.
In this agreement as wel, the newly formed Electoral Council will have to a maximum of 120 days to organize the elections...
This political agreement was signed by the representatives of the 3 branches of government: President Michel Martelly for the executive branch, Senate president Simon Dieuseul Desras and Chamber of deputies president Jacques Thimoléon Stevenson for the Legislative branch, and President Arnel Alexis Joseph for the Judicial branch

what about the voice of the people and believe this is not going to solve the problem and the senators are not going to vote for any election and I believe that all the branches are violate the constitution, this should never been done like

One thing I do understand is that the president of Haiti has done everything in his power and trying to bring unity within the government but you have so-called leaders from the senate that do not want any progress to be accomplished in that island, it is because these so-called senators have no understanding what real leadership is all about or have any understanding of democracy, they have not done anything prior to this new government to take the country forward it is because they do not know how to take a country forward, these people have deceive the Haitian community.
