PetroCaribe: Warrant issued against Laurent Lamothe, Bellerive and 5 former Ministers

The judge in charge of the PetroCaribe investigations has issued warrants against former Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe, ex PM Jean Max Bellerive and 5 former ministers of the Martelly administration.

Former Minister of Economy and Finance Marie Carmelle Jean Marie is scheduled to appear in court on July 25.

Former Prime Minister and Planning Minister Jean Max Bellerive, his date of appearance is July 19.

Former Minister of the Economy and Finance Wilson Laleau is scheduled to appear in court on July 25.

Former Prime Minister and Planning Minister Laurent Salvador Lamothe, his appointment to court is scheduled for July 29.

The former Minister of Planning and External Cooperation under the government of Evans Paul and former Secretary General of the Presidency of Jovenel Moise, Yves Germain Joseph is scheduled to appear in court on July 31.

The former Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communication, Jacques Rousseau must appear before the judge on August 5.

Former Minister of Tourism and Creative Industry, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, is scheduled to appear in court on August 5, 2019.
