Haiti's justice department has issued a warrant against G9 leader Jimmy Cherisier, alias Barbecue, after him and his gang forcefully prevented Haitian prime minister Ariel Henry from carrying the October 17 ceremonial at Pont Rouge.

Prime Minister Ariel Henry was getting ready to lay a wreath of flowers on the tomb of Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines when bullets came flying from all over the place.

The G9 gang put a stop and the ceremony sending the prime minister, other officials and the police who accompanied them running for their lives.

Key suspect in assassination of Haiti President Jovenel Moise arrested in Jamaica

Haiti most wanted poster for Mario Palacios Palacios - wanted for the murder of President Jovenel Moise

One of the key suspects involved in the assassination of Haiti president Jovenel Moise has been arrested and detained in Jamaica.

Ex Columbian military officer Mario Antonio Palacios Palacios, who have been hiding since the assassination of the Haitian president, ended up in Jamaica.

Palacios was arrested by Jamaican authorities about a month ago but, according to the Miami Herald, the arrest was kept secret.

It is believed that Mario Antonio Palacios may have been the one who went into the bedroom of President Jovenel Moise and he might have been the one who pulled the trigger executing the president.

Former Lavalas Senator Nenel Cassy wants the head of police chief Leon Charles on a silver platter because, he said, the director general of the national police force is doing a terrible job and needs to be replaced.

Speaking to the media Wednesday, the Democratic Sector (SDP) member told them a whole list of things that he believes the police chief is doing wrong.

Senator Nenel mentioned the death of police officers, lack of security in the country and some massacres he said happened under the director general's watchful eye.
