New Haiti PM classify gang activities in the capital as "armed guerilla"
Haiti, since 1986, has been developing banditry, Haitian prime minister Jean Michel Lapin said speaking to the media Tuesday, It's something is done about it, he said

"Lately this banditry has transformed itself into armed banditry but today has has taken yet another step. We are beginning to understand that the State of Haiti has come face to face with what we could call an armed guerilla."
In that case, PM Lapin said, "we are going to take take the necessary steps to bring forth an appropriate response."
A journalist asked the prime minister how soon will these steps be taken?
The prime minister responds: "This is a matter of national security, it is classified."
