Haiti President Michel Martelly should choose none other than Mirlande Manigat to replace Laurent Lamothe as the next prime Minister of Haiti, according to journalist Gary Pierre Paul Charles of Radio Scoop FM... Hmmmm... LOL...

The arguement is that Manigat represents a good balance beteen the "pouvoir en place" (current administration) and the opposition.

"L'avenir de la democracie depend de Madame Manigat aujourd'hui" --- The future of democracy depends on Madame Manigat, Gary Pierre Paul says, but he also include one MORE clause in his statement:

"Will Mirlande Manigat accept?"
