Examine the tools they use to bring security and start a mini Army inside the PNH. We are not creating an Army in the outside, but in the inside it is an Army. Start by securing the border and the Capital.

Le chef de la police, Michel Ange Gedeon, a effectué une visite rapide au Cap-Haitien pour une visite de l'ancien siège de la MINUSTAH, maintenant sous le contrôle de l'UDMO, l'Unité Départementale de Maintien de l'Ordre.
