Jean Bertin Says Haiti's Electoral Council Is Not Autonomous

Haitian presidential candidate Jean Bertin says that Haiti's Conseil Electoral Provisoire (CEP) is getting his orders from the Haitian government.

In other words, Jean Bertin is implying that the CEP is not acting independently (autonomous)

According to an article in French published today on metropolehaiti.com, "... Le candidat la présidence... considère que la décision du CEP, de l'exclure de la course électorale, est strictement politique."
