Singer/Senator Garcia Delva accused of being in constant communication with gang leader Arnel Joseph

Famous Haitian singer and senator Garcia Delva is in the middle of huge controversy right now. He has been accused by his colleagues of being in constant contact via telephone with gang leader Arnel Joseph.

Senator Jean Renel Senatus, president of the Security and Justice Commission of the Senate, said he holds a phone record that shows multiple phone converstations between Senator Garcia Delva and gang leader Arnel.

"These records show that 24 calls were made between Senator Delva and Arnel's number from February 7 to 22, 2019."

That's around the time of the major street protests where Arnel and his gang members game out to protest with the opposition.

"We will write to the senator so that he will make himself available to be heard by the committee tomorrow Wednesday at 10 am," Senator Jean Renel Sénatus said.

What do you think about that?
