FLASH: Haiti - Standoff in Pont-Rouge, Protesters vs Govt Officials on this day, 17 October 2018
Haitian prime minister Jean Henri Ceant arrives in Pont-Rouge, President Jovenel Moise is on his way, However there are a group of street protesters who are singing and shouting "Bare Volè"
Radio Caraibes FM reports the protesters are about 15 to 20 people who are among the spectators but they are pretty darn loud on the mics of Journalist on the scene.
There is a very tight barricade that makes up a perimeter where the president and other government officials will be situated.
