Haiti president: I am leading a predator State controlled by a seven headed serpent, I will cut off their heads

President Jovenel Moise admitted that the Haitian State he is leading is a predator State and it is controlled by a seven headed serpent. "I will cut off their heads," the president said.

"I made the decision to turn the State which is supposed to serve you the people, the state that a few people decided to construct. Do you know how they have built a state? They have turned it into a predator state. That means it is a state that is built to take everything that is yours and to deliver it to a tiny group of people."

"I hate to admit it but this is the State that I am governing."

"This is the state that I'm governing, a predator state."

"That means the services that you should be receiving, the State cannot give it to you because there is a category of people who have put their claws on it and anyone who dares to become president, if you even think about lifting or removing their claws off of the State, that's enough for you to die."

"Today I am telling, I made the decision, I may not be able to cut all seven heads but I will have cut at least three."

"Because, you remember, when I spoke to you on November 18, I told you the serpent has seven heads and if I do not cut them they will regenerate."
