In Haiti right now the bad guys rule - The police chief is trying to do something about it

Policing in Haiti feels more like people trying to collect a paycheck then actual police work. Because of that the bad guys rule. Bandits as they called them in Haiti, they roam the streets doing whatever they please.

Léon Charles, Haiti's police chief, has promised to track down the bandits who have taken National Highway 2 hostage.

Haiti's major Route Nationale No2 that leads to the southern peninsula has become the private shooting range of the bandits of Village de Dieu and Grand Ravine.

In a recent confrontation between police and bandits, seven bandits were killed in Martissant Friday. Haitian police officer Michelet Exil lost his life in the crossfire.

It is really time for Haitian authorities to reclaim the country from the arm of bandits and the puppet masters who control them for their own secret agenda and profits.

It is time for Haitians, rich or poor, to feel safe when they go out and about in their own country.
