Haiti Opposition Deputes against approval of Prime Minister's General Policy Statement

Haiti deputes of the opposition are flatly against the approval of the general policy statement of the Prime Minister Fritz William Michel.

In a press conference Wednesday, the opposition deputes explained why they had to walk out of the lower house floor during the ratification process and they complain this ratification process was done outside of the laws of the constitution.

One depute of the opposition classified the ratification as illegal saying he was shocked to see how fast the deputes who support the government were able put this session together after the floor of the lower house was ravaged by a couple of opposition deputes earlier in the morning of the ratification.
