Former Martelly public health minister Florence Duperval Guillaume is in the hot seat today for having signed a lucrative contract with a DEAD man... According senator Youri Latortue, the man was dead 5 months before the contract was signed... How did that happen???

Senator Latortue who is heading an anti corruption commission in the senate, released this information after a session with the ex minister Florence Duperval.

According to Senator Latortue, the man in question died in April; however, his name AND his signature was on a contract signed in September...

What did Minister Florence Dupergal had to say about this? She said didn't know the man was dead... Say what???
