Haiti FREE Education Martelly Plan May Not Happen This Year
According to an article posted on Haiti Radio Metropole web site, president Martelly is quoted as saying:
"They want to block me on some issues but I can make progress in other areas..."
The article also says that "he [President Martelly] warns that political decisions may prevent the realization of the project during this year," referring to his campaign promise of FREE education.
SIDE NOTE: How could "POLITICS" delay free education in Haiti this year?
I heard on Haitian radio a few days ago that, because Martelly does not have a government, he cannot legally touch the education fund that has just been created.
Question:
Who will be to blame if Martelly does not live up to his FREE education promise?
