While Senator Desras was inside registering, Moise Jean Charles who was next in line went outside for a "Bain de Foule" where he also gave a quick interview the the Haitian Media...

The media asked him question about whether or not he has clearance certificates (decharge) for his two terms as the Mayor of Milot. Senator Moise replied: "Everything is OK"
