This independent commission is supposed to investigate cases of Fraud reported during the 25 October elections...

The commission setup by the CEP is a further discredit to the elections results, Delacruz said, it will create more problems to the electoral process. It was a masked commission, he said.

Setting up an independent commission may even benefit the CEP, Delacruz said, it will wipe their slate clean, it will prove that the CEP has nothing to hide.

There is a serious uncertainty regarding the political future of Haiti, Delacruz added...
