Here is the actual outcome of the 25 October elections according to Senator DERAS's statement live on Radio Caraibes FM's program Ranmasse:

Jude Celestin had 893790 votes, CEP dropped it to 394390

Jovenel Moise has 511992 votes; however, 413000 of these votes are votes made with a proces-verbal (meaning 413000 Mandataires and observateurs voted for Jovenel). Do the math and you will realize how many reall votes Jovenel actuall had, Deras said...

Moise Jean Charles had 622438 votes, CEP dropped it to 222646

Jean Henri Ceant had 439705 votes, CEP dropped it to 39005

Eric Jean Baptiste had 256671 votes, CEP dropped it to 56671

Steven Benoit had 177851 votes, CEP dropped it to 17851

Mario Andresol had 97251 votes, CEP reduced it to 7251

Steeve Khawly had 76971 votes, CEP reduced it to 16791

Samuel Madistin had 93656 votes, CEP reduced it to 13656

Sauveur Pierre Etienne had 90227, CEP reduced it to 30227

Based on these figures by Senator Desras, 3,260,552 people voted for the 10 candidates he mentioned... There were 54 candidates in the race...

ALSO... In case you didn't notice, Jude Celestin won in the 1st round based on these numbers...
