Haiti Elections - Jovenel Moise Will Win In The First Round, Willot Joseph Said

"Jovenel Moise will win the presidential elections in the first round if the elections are really free and fair like the government promises," senatorial candidate Willot Joseph said in a meeting Friday in Hinche, Haiti.
