I won lot of votes for President Maetelly when he ran for President.

I thought he will decentralize the country which is so easy to do by open all the government agencies all over the country, he failed to do it.Now he acted like his predecessors by stealing the people votes to put his prodigy in power in order to return in power again like Aristides preval aAristide Preval.
