Senator Steven Benoit says he can prove Sophia Martelly was born in New York 3 months after himself in 1965.

It is not a secret he says, all Senators who has information about president Martelly knows the president submitted his wife's date of birth, place of birth every time he requested his passport. These documents say in black and white the first lady was born in New York.

The new law says a candidate who does not hold a foreign nationality at the time of registration can run for office... Does 'born in New York' mean Sophia Martelly holds a foreign nationality at the time she registered?
