According to the official results, Jerry Tardieu fell shy of the 25 percent lead that would catapult him to an automatic win on the first round... Tardieu says he should have won by a 26.5 percent lead instead of the 22.05 percent published by the CEP...

Jerry Tardieu still has the lead; however, that small discrepancy in the published CEP results means he has to go to second round of the elections.

Why to another round if you've already won the fight? That's what Jerry Tardieu must be thinking...
