Pamela White said Haiti will always be in her heart and in the heart of her family.

The outgoing ambassador also spoke of some regrets... She regretted the dysfunction of parliament in January which she could not avoided despite her efforts.

Another regret Pamela White has is the fact that as long as she has been in Haiti, she could not full understand the Haitian political system. "Just when you thin you got it, she said, you wake up the next day and still you don't understand what is going on...
