The journalist says Jovenel is only a candidate for president who is the object of a huge 'contestation', he should not have benefited from such a huge motorcade unless of course the other candidate Jude Celestin who is scheduled to challenge him in the second round elections is provided with a motorcade as well.

Jean Monard says if this is true, then Jude is Celestin is right because Jovenel Moise is already given the status of a chief of state, there is no reason to go to a second round election with him.
