"If it wasn't for you in this section, I would not be a Depute today," Fred Piton said. "Today I come to you to say thank you and I will not forget you."

During his visit, the people in that village were complaining about electricity and the fact that the electric wires go right trough the village to Maissade but they do not benefit from it.

Depute Fred Piton promised he would look into it...
