Guy Philippe, Again, candidate for President of Haiti

Guy Phillippe announced earlier this week that he is running again for the Haitian presidency.

Guy Phillippe was a candidate back in 2005

Guy Phillippe made the announcement on Saturday from Jeremie according to Radio Kiskeya in Haiti.
