FLASH! President Preval Is NOT In Haiti Today, Election Results Day!
The election results are about to be announced... It's already an hour late by the way... and so... today...
Haiti president Rene Preval is meeting with president Leonel Fernandez in the the Dominican Republic.
President Preval arrived in the Dominican republic at 10 a.m. this morning and his visit was not announced to the media, a Dominican web site reported.
The purpose of the visit, they say, is for two leaders to review the Haitian-Dominican agenda, including the migratory problem, trade and others.
They didn't whether or not the Haitian President is sleeping over... LOL....
