Haiti Elections - Jovenel Moise vs Jude Celestin

This decision came after a lengthy emergency meeting between president Martelly and 8 members of the CEP following a letter the president received from the CEP alerting that the second round elections could not be held on the 17th of January like the president announced in his speech on independence day, 01 Jan 2016, in Gonaives.

Will the elections finally be held on that set date of 24 January 2016? Let's wait and see...
