Coronavirus has given president Jovenel Moise room to breathe

I'm not going to sit here and tell you that President Jovenel Moise is happy about the Coronavirus but he must appreciate the peace and quiet he has now because of it for the first time since becoming president of Haiti.

Nowadays, because of social distancing, people cannot protest in the streets to avoid the risk of being infected with coronavirus.

Somebody in this government must be wishing secretly that there are other things that Haitians are afraid of so they do not go out to protest in the streets.

Let's hope the government does something good for the people to keep them away from the streets when this coronavirus pandemic is over.
