Armed gunmen attack Haiti's National Palace, BOID forces them to retreat

Haiti's National Palace was under attack mid-day Wednesday, October 10th 2021.

A group of armed gunman decided to attack the palace. For what reason, we still don't know.

Gunshots were heard sporadically around the perimeter of the palace.

USGPN, the security unit of the National Palace had to stand guard wild BOID, another special police unit drove the bad guys away.

Many people are wondering, what was that all about?

What is this thing about armed assailants trying to reach the parameters of the National Palace when there is no president in Haiti?
