A Police Woman Murdered in Haiti

Croix-des-Bouquets Haiti - Another Haitian police officer, Alsshama Toussaint, was murdered this morning, Tuesday.

The police woman, an agent of the Brigade d'intervention motorisée (BIM) was attacked by armed individuals riding on motorcycles in Meyer, Croix-des-Bouquets while she was in her vehicle on her way to work.

Officer Alsshama Toussaint died on the spot.

Nearly half dozen Haitian police officers have been murdered this month of October alone.

This indeed is a sad situation.

No one ever reports on the 99% people who eek out a living for their families working very hard everyday.

People thrive on negative news releases such as this. Haiti is one of the safest countries that I have lived in. There is much greater violence in the USA everyday because of anyone who wants to can get a gun
