Le CG informe le public en général que tout ordre d'interdiction de départ ne portant pas la signature du CG et revêtu du sceau du Parquet est nul et de nul effet. Le Parquet compte sur la vigilance de tout un chacun pour éviter toute forme de confusion à cet égard.

"The GC (Commissaire du Gouvernement) informs the general public that any departure order not bearing the signature of the GC and bearing the seal of the Public Prosecutor's Office is null and of no effect. The prosecution relies on the vigilance of everyone to avoid any confusion in this regard," commissioner Clamé-Ocnam Daméus posted in a tweet dated October 28 2018.
