Haiti should get gas from Brazil and Venezuela because gasoline costs less than $1 a gallon in these countries.

Gasoline should cost no more than $5 a gallon in Haiti to promote social mobilization in Haiti.

Is the Haitian dollar equal to 5 gourdes?
