They should not build one 5,000 bed psychiatric in one place in Haiti.

They should build one thousand beds Sweet Dream Psychiatric Center in the North, one thousand beds in the South, one in Boutilier, one in Gonaives to create jobs in every department, not only around Port au Prince.

They should build one airport in the South to decentralize Port au Prince.
