These guys cannot interpret the Constitution the way they want...

These guys cannot interpret the Constitution the way they want to suit them. They are not voting in favor or not in favor of PM Fritz Jean but it is a vote of confidence of his general policy or plan or project of society.

The vote does not have anything to do with the PM. These guys need to stop fouling people.
