At least, one may consider this gesture noble on the part of Mr. Michel Martelly.

This is unheard of vis a vis other presidents who has governed Haiti.

Take for instance, Paul Eugene Magloire, Francois Duvalier, Jean Claude Duvalier and so on an so forth; the list goes on, who would ever thought any any of those malandrins would ever surrender power in such a peaceful manner,
