We need to establish more meaningful manes for the Departments...

We need to establish more meaningful manes for the Departments as oppose of "north, west, and south".

We also need to think of the Departments as Provinces with their own local government reporting to our national goverment, economic development plans and initiatives, and each department must be selfreliant.

We need to redefine the map and access point of each department so that we can establish systems to help generate revenue for for each department to maintain their infrastructure.
