I was told yesterday that one gentle after paying people to rig the election and was found guilty in court.

Was still giving deputy for Port Salut Haiti.

Because he became violent in the street.

That is dishoner to people who trust the system.

It is a shame to people like me who was in the heart of it. But I had to leave to return home when the voting took place.

I just left there two weeks and the people wanted to know why the system is so mess up. Haiti need good help with the way they handle elections.
