Did he finish his Etudes Secondaires?

Im from the north, Cap_Haitien...

Growing up in the 90s, we all know JSJ was illiterate...despite his incredible talents, he did not feel the need to obtain his Bac...Hopefully, he is changed or peharps he is self_taught.

However, if he is still an imbecile as I knew him back in the days, he has no place in the parlement as a law maker...

Haiti cannot afford anymore stupidity in government.
