I don't know what Haitians are thinking, we are fighting each other and playing "fuck fuck" with the country's national security while our neighbors are building their militaries and buying fighter planes...

This Haitians' proverb "bay kou bliye pote mak sonje" Dominicans had it for us. Trust me.
Remember how you all made fun of me when i proposed a new military vision so my question is can Haiti face the Dominican with a military attack?
