Yes, he is out of place, and that is the real problem with those so-called politicians.

On day they say one thing another day they say another thing, as result, Haiti will always be a demagogic land very unfortunate.

I can tell you that, Toussaint L'ouvertur, Dessalines, and Henry Christoph are rolling from their graves to see how incompetent Haitians have become especially the politicians.
