Brutus may be right to want to run with his tail between his legs. But anyone who knows about the history of these 2 countries also knows the Dominicans have been trying to pick a fight a fight with Haiti for almost 80 years.

They made that clear with the massacre of 1937.

So Brutus is out of place.
