You Haitians are the idiots.

You have had 211+ years to build a country but you are still dirt poor and full of illiterates.

Haiti is the poorest country in the Western hemisphere.

There is a lot of violence in Haiti and high criminality rate, poor infrastructure, corrupted government and a bad economy.

On the other hand, Dominican Republic is doing much better in comparison to Haiti.

DR economy is stable and relying on sources such as tourism, agriculture and manufacturing.

All of which increases DR's growth domestic product.
