One day, Dominicans will make Haitians bow down if they continue to violate the sovereignty of Dominican Republic, continue to engage in provocative behaviors, and continue to encroach upon DR's supreme interests.

The Dominican government has been sufficiently prudent and patient With Haiti's agressions, but it needs to be understood by the Haitian authorities that patience has a limit.
