Haitians are lucky that the Dominican Republic is not longer governed by strongmen like Rafael L. Trujillo and Joaquin Balaguer.

Those two would not have hesitated to put the Haitians in their place.

Picart, those people are not here, so, what is keeping you putting Haitians in their place.

You welcome to come to Haiti to put us in our place, and I can guarantee that you will not go back to DR. Also, we do not need you food.
