So far those thugs have upper hands with their mouth instead of their brains, but only one thing I have to say that President Martelly is in great part is responsble for the misbehavior of the people who do not know what is legally and illegally constitutional.

Therefore, he is suppose to drastically declare couvre feu and forbidden the burning of caoutchou or tires.

If anyone challenges his decision, there will be consequences.

Because they are acting like kids, therefore, they deserve to be treated like kids. He has to stop them by giving them batons or sticks.
