It's about time. This guy is none other than a criminal, a gangsters leader, a thief, a deceiver to the Haitian peaple.

The justice system needs to trial him ASAP, find him guilty, make him return all funds he stole from the people and sentence him for 25 yrs. in the penitentiary.
