If elections are the means however limited by which the citizenry of a democratically oriented country or nation stand to manifest their desire to reelect or renew their political representatives, why would anyone suggest that such an exercise be hollowed out and rushed instead of garanteeing that it be adherent to the law of the land which is the Constitution in its ammended form and also that it be transparent for the sake of better and just representation of the people?

It may be as novel an idea unlike that to which we have grown accustomed in the vastly greater part of the 206 years since the declaration of Independence.

It just might be in and of itself revolutionary.
