That is the name of the game. In order for the president to pass his agenda, he must have a majority in the House of Representatives (Deputies) or Senate.

We must educate our people about this important aspect of the political game when, during election, they support a presidential candidate.

They must at the same time elect representatives who support the candidate for president's agenda.

Otherwise, it will be difficult to achieve his/her goals as president.
